Hayden, ID: Hayden Canyon Charter (HCC) is now accepting applications for the 2026-2027 school year. Hayden Canyon Charter meets the needs of a diverse student population. HCC is “designed to prepare youth – through hands-on learning, in critical thinking and character development – to blaze new trails and solve real world problems.” The curriculum, instruction, and assessment are designed around project-based themes and hands-on applied learning that encompasses all subject areas throughout the day. Students will explore this applied learning approach, aligned with the highest academic standards, through outdoor field experiences, artistic discovery, scientific investigation, and innovative process improvement. Applied learning experiences will incorporate design processes and peer collaboration.
