City of Clark Fork NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Proposal for Increase of Fees and Rates NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Clark Fork will hold a public hearing and receive public comment, pursuant to Idaho Code § 63-1311A, to consider proposed recommendations to increase the fees and rates which are charged for certain services provided by the City as identified in Clark Fork Resolution 2-2025. Notice further provides that the proposed increase for fees and rates is anticipated to exceed five percent (5%) of the current fee or rate being charged.
