Carolyn Little, 81, was born on Jan. 31, 1944, in Fort Benton and passed away peacefully on Jan. 9, 2026.
Carolyn settled in Lakeside where she met her husband, Thomas Little, and built a life centered on family, friendship, and community. She believed in showing up for others and had a natural ability to bring people together. Her door was always open, her phone always on, and she stepped in without hesitation when others needed help.
She was known for her strength, kind nature, and the joy she brought to those around her. A mother, friend, sister, aunt, and chosen family to many, she was a steady presence in the lives of those she loved. She was stubborn in the way that comes from knowing who you are, deeply loyal, and had a generous heart that cannot be replaced.
She is survived by her children, Kimberly (Tim) and Monty (Sabrina); her grandchildren, Sydney, Andrew, Grant, Griffin, Grace, Lane, Augusta, McKinnon and Nathaniel; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cherished friends who will miss her greatly.
