Kootenai honors Sundquist, welcomes Dressel

KOOTENAI — Kootenai city officials are offering both heartfelt congratulations and gratitude to David Sundquist on his remarkable 22 years of service on the City Council.

As the longest-serving council member in the city’s history, Sundquist’s vision, dedication, and unwavering commitment helped shape Kootenai into the strong and vibrant community it is today, city officials said in a press release.

“His leadership and service have left a lasting impact, and we thank him sincerely for his years of devoted service,” they said.

The council also welcomes Robert Dressel as Kootenai’s newest City Council member. Dressel steps into this role with passion, enthusiasm, and a strong willingness to serve our community, the officials said.

“We look forward to working with him and appreciate his commitment to the future of our city,” officials added.
