A Polson woman is accused of intentionally ramming her vehicle into another person’s vehicle. Jennifer Ruth Kunz, 48, entered a plea of not guilty in District Court in Polson Jan. 8 to felony criminal mischief.
According to charging documents, on Dec 3, 2025, a person called law enforcement to report that Kunz was being disruptive and making threats. The officer could hear what sounded like a vehicle crash over the phone.
The reporting party indicated that Kunz had shown up and rammed her vehicle into their vehicle. Estimated cost of the damage was approximately $3,000.
Judge John A. Mercer set the case for trial on April 13. Kunz remains at liberty.
