PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO CHANGE GROUNDWATER CERTIFICATE TAKE NOTICE: That the Warden Hutterian Brethren (WHB) Trust of Warden, WA and Marlin H.B. Trust (MHB) of Marlin, WA on October 9, 2024, filed Water Right Change Application No. CG3-*06085C, to transfer the place of use and points of withdrawal as granted under Groundwater Certificate No. 4545-A. That Groundwater Certificate No. 4545-A authorizes the withdrawal of 700 gallons per minute, 560 acre-feet per year, each year, for the seasonal irrigation of 320 acres. The currently authorized points of withdrawal are from two wells located within the SE¼NE¼, and the E½E½NE¼ Section 34, T. 21 N., R. 34 E.W.M. The current authorized place of use is 320 acres within the NE¼ of Section 34 and W½W½ of Section 35, T. 21 N., R. 34 E.W.M. That the WHB and MHB propose to change the points of withdrawal to two wells within the NW¼NE¼ of Section 34, T. 17 N., R. 31 E.W.M., and the NE¼SE¼ of Section 27, T. 20 N., R. 29 E.W.M. That the WHB Trust and MHB propose to change the place of use as follows: 242.63 acres within the E½ of Section 27, T. 17 N., R. 31 E.W.M., Adams County, and 7.28 acres within the S½ of Section 22, T. 20 N., R. 29 E.W.M., Grant County. Any remaining balance of acreage of the water right will remain at the existing authorized place of use and point of withdrawal.
