NOTICE OF HEARING ON NAME CHANGE (Minor)  Case No. CV09-25-2077  IN THE DISTRICT COURT FOR FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT FOR THE STATE OF IDAHO, IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF BONNER  IN RE: CACHE MARTIN  A Petition to change the name of CACHE MARTIN, a minor, now residing in the City of DOVER, State of Idaho, has been filed in the District Court in BONNER County, Idaho. The name will change to CACHE MARTIN STEWART. The reason for the change in name is: The Petitioner is the child’s father and did not have a say in what his name would be when the child was born because he was told the child was not Petitioner’s. It is customary and tradition for a child to have the child’s father’s surname. Petitioner wants the world to know that the child is his son and that he is committed to his son.   A hearing on the petition is scheduled for 11 o’clock a.m. on 1/28/2026 at the BONNER County Courthouse. Objections may be filed by any person who can show the court a good reason against the name change.  Date: 12/18/2025   CLERK OF THE DISTRICT COURT  By:/s/LeeAnn Kopsa   Deputy Clerk  ANDRA NELSON HICKEY  Hickey Law Firm, PLLC  120 East Lake St. Suite 103  Sandpoint ID 83864  (208) 810-4849  Fax: (208) 810-4375  ISBN 8998  Legal#7564 AD#44539 December 30, 2025 & January 6, 13, 20, 2026 _________________________
