Carla Holm-Jacobi, 69, passed away Dec. 24, 2025, in Whitefish after a difficult battle with COPD. She was born in Whitefish on March 2, 1956, to Faye McKenzie-Holm and Carl Holm.
She is survived by her daughter, Krystal Jacobi; sons, Marcus Logan and Michael Jacobi; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, Gene Holm (Cheri); sister, Laura Holm-Prichard (Scott); aunt, Kona McKenzie-Luke; and treasured friends, Darla Wilson and Vicky Higgins.
She was preceded in death by her parents Faye and Carl Holm and brother, Mckenzie (Mac) Holm.
Carla's family would like to thank Josh Ramsay and the members of Canvas Church in Columbia Falls for welcoming her and giving her a place to belong.
