Mobile Market returns on Thursday

SANDPOINT — Second Harvest’s Mobile Market will return to Sandpoint on Thursday afternoon, handing out free food to anyone facing hunger.

The market will be out front of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 602 Schweitzer Cutoff Road, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 22.  

According to the Second Harvest website, the market will serve up to 250 families or until supplies run out. 

No appointment to documentation is required to get food from the truck. Recipients will drive through the area to receive their items, which will range from fresh produce to nonperishable items.
