In anticipation of the large grain crop which will be harvested from the reclaimed bottom lands of the Kootenai Valley, the Bonners Ferry Grain and Milling Company is planning to build a 1000 ton capacity crib elevator near Copeland this spring.
The department of law enforcement announces that less than 20,000 vehicles have been licensed for the year 1926.
The present winter is the warmest on record, according to old-timers of the Kootenai Valley.
