Notice of Sale of Real Property As required by Idaho Code 31-1420, Northside Fire Protection District hereby notices the sale of its real property at 471 Cedar Ave., Ponderay, ID 83852, legal description: 11-57N-2W Ponderay Blk 19 Lots 1,2,3 & 4, with an appraised value of $240,000. As authorized by the adoption of Resolution 2026-1 at a Special Meeting of the Northside Board on January 16, 2026, the Board has determined that the District no longer has use for said property, and it is in the best interest of the Public to dispose of it by sale to the City of Ponderay, condition of sale to be transfer of utilities, for the price of $270,000.00 on February 11, 2026, at the office of Title One, 605 N.
