COEUR d'ALENE — A new commercial building planned for the Riverstone development will bring at least one new dining option to the area.

The 7,500 square foot mixed-use building will be at 1570 W. Tilford Lane near the entrance to Riverstone Park and is anticipated to be completed by this summer, according to Spokane-based commercial real estate Daines Capital.

"Situated just 1.9 miles from Downtown CDA and surrounded by major amenities, hotels, parks, and strong traffic corridors, this location provides excellent visibility and access for a growing concept in a high-demand area," the listing for the project reads on the Daines Capital website.

The main restaurant space in the building has already been leased, but the tenant has not yet been disclosed.

Two additional spaces on the ground floor are available for lease and are being marketed by Daines Capital. One is an about 1,500-square-foot small restaurant or coffee shop; the other is roughly 1,100-square-foot retail or office space.

About 700 square feet of executive office space is also available for lease from Daines Capital on the second floor of the building. There are no plans for an elevator for second floor access, the listing noted.

Stancraft Construction Group will serve as the general contractor for the project, while Eric Hedlund Design, LLC will provide architectural services. Both companies are based in Coeur d’Alene.
