NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that Sandpoint City Council will hold a public hearing during their meeting on February 4, 2026, scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. in Council chambers at City Hall, 1123 W. Lake St., Sandpoint, Idaho, to take public testimony as Council considers a proposal to amend the City’s current adopted Fee Schedule to add a new application fee of five hundred dollars ($500.00) associated with the City’s Commercial Property Assessed Capital Expenditure (C-PACE) Program, pursuant to Idaho Code §63-1311A, which requires a hearing at a public meeting when a city considers imposition of any new fee.
