WALLACE — Senior Draeden Taylor had 14 points and six rebounds and junior Evan Vindasius scored 14 points each for the Wildcats in a nonleague win over the Miners at Kirby Krulitz Court.
Senior Cayden Honnerlaw had 11 points, nine rebounds and five assists for Kellogg.
“The guys did a really good job tonight,” Kellogg coach Mike Martin said. “A lot of our stuff came in transition tonight. We really ratcheted up our pressure in the second half. Wallace did a good job of getting us to play at their speed early on.”
Junior Emmitt Myles scored seven points for Wallace.

WALLACE — Senior Tyson Charley scored 17 points, eight in the third quarter, and the Lakeside Knights clinched the Scenic Idaho Conference championship with a win over the Wallace Miners at Kirby Krulitz Court on Saturday.
Senior Hallah Peone scored 10 of his 12 points in the third quarter for Lakeside. Teagan Brown also scored 12 points for the Knights, and Furyus Louie added 11.
“Team was little lethargic today after a tough game against Prairie (a 68-53 Lakeside win Friday night in Plummer),” said Lakeside coach James Twoteeth, whose team won its fifth straight. “Happy to clinch league; hoping we hit our stride at right time for state.”
Sophomore Lennox Radford scored 14 points for Wallace.

Senior Dani Henrikson had 11 points and 10 rebounds, freshman Gretah Angle 16 points and six rebounds and junior Jordyn Stutzke had five points, five steals and five assists for Kellogg.
Freshman Daisy Williams scored seven points for St. Maries.

KELLOGG — Senior Kyleigh Wolfe scored 23 of her game-high 36 points for the 2A Lakeside Knights in a 75-38 win over the 3A Kellogg Wildcats at Andrews Gymnasium on Wednesday.
Sophomore Laila SiJohn scored 24 points for Lakeside, which made 10 3-pointers and led 43-16 at halftime.

BONNERS FERRY — Junior Peyton Hinthorn scored a game-high 20 points for the Badgers in a nonleague win over the Wildcats at Bonners Ferry High.
Senior Draeden Taylor and senior Cayden Honnerlaw scored 12 points each for Kellogg.
“It was a disappointing effort by us defensively tonight,” Kellogg coach Mike Martin said. “We didn’t get into our stuff and we didn’t match their intensity and effort early, and it put us in a hole early tonight.”

KELLOGG — Junior Porter Lewis scored 17 of his game-high 21 points in the first half and added four assists and four steals for the Wildcats in a Central Idaho League win over the Bulldogs at Andrews Gymnasium.
“Porter was a big beneficiary of us being able to turn them over and speed them up in the first half,”
Kellogg coach Mike Martin said. “He really got us off to a quick start and was really doing stuff all over the court tonight.”
Junior Ty Cheney scored 14 points, 10 in the third quarter, for Kellogg.
“Everything just really came to him tonight,” Martin said. “He didn’t force anything and really had a good night for us.”

“We put out a great effort and worked well as a team,” Wallace coach Nichole Farkas said. “Lakeside is an excellent team and is tough to stop. I thought both teams showed great sportsmanship.”
