PURPOSE  This Public Hearing Notice is to gather public comment on the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare’s consideration of renewing an existing SNAP Employment & Training (E&T) subgrant with North Idaho College.   The SNAP Employment & Training program provides individuals who receive SNAP (food assistance) with the skills, training, and experience they need to improve their employment opportunities.
