Keith Allen Scott, 49, passed away at his home in Kalispell on Jan. 17, 2026, of natural causes. He was born on Aug. 3, 1976, in Ketchikan, Alaska, to Jerry and LaVerne Scott. At six months, Keith moved with his family to Kalispell, where he spent most of his life.

Keith graduated from Flathead High School and continued his education at Flathead Valley Community College and San Francisco City College, pursuing studies in electrical engineering. He worked as an electrical engineer for Applied Materials and was also employed at the Amc Kabuki 8 Dine-in Theater, formerly Sundance Dinner Theater in San Francisco, where he served as a manager and projection specialist.

Keith enjoyed spending time outdoors. His favorite activities included canoeing, fishing, camping and hiking. He also enjoyed playing video games and had a curious mind, often spending time studying quantum physics and working through complex scientific formulas.

Keith is survived by his loving parents, Jerry and LaVerne Scott of Kalispell; his brothers, Don (Arlene) Hall of Claremont, Florida, Aaron (Victoria) Scott of Denver, Colorado and Colby Scott of Spokane, Washington, and his sister, Laurinda (Matt) Danner of Hayden Lake, Idaho.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jesse Scott, Wynona Scott, William and Bernie Briggs.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Feb. 7 at Epworth United Methodist Church, 329 Second Ave. E., Kalispell. A celebration of life will follow at 3 p.m. at the Kalispell VFW.
