Kyle Manzardo, the former Lake City High and Washington State star, hit a two-run home run in the bottom of the first inning — his 10th of the season — for the host Cleveland Guardians in a 4-2 loss to the Texas Rangers.

Manzardo is now batting .231 (54 for 234) with 29 RBIs in 76 games.
