POBT closed until end of day

The Pend Oreille Bay Trail will be closed until the evening of July 1 to allow hauling on the trail.
Bonner County Sheriff’s Office advises that both the Sandpoint and Ponderay sides of the trail will be closed as part of an ongoing trail cleanup project. The project aims to eventually connect the communities of Kootenai and Ponderay through the POBT.
