NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF ANNEXATION OF PROPERTY INTO NORTH KOOTENAI WATER DISTRICT Kootenai County, Idaho LEIF AND LESLIE HOUKOM ANNEXATION The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the North Kootenai Water District (the “District”) will hold a public hearing on the annexation of property into the District. The public hearing will be held as follows: Date: July 9, 2026 Time: 12:30 p.m. Location: 13649 N.
