NO. 32198 Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of:   The SKC campus improvements in general consist of two primary components: (1) Dormitory Parking including site stripping, subgrade preparation, crushed base course, paving, sidewalk, curb and gutter, building utility services, and site lighting. The improvements include approximately 47 parking stalls, approximately 18,686 square feet of asphalt surfacing, approximately 1,670 square feet of sidewalk, and approximately 400 lineal feet of curb.
