The adjacent undeveloped parcel will require mass and fine grading, the installation of utilities (stormwater facilities, water main, septic system, gas, power), the installation of concrete, asphalt, gravel pavements, and landscaping and irrigation infrastructure.     Proposers must have a current, valid Idaho Public Works Contractor license for the work under consideration in order to submit. Upon receipt of SOQs, the City and Integrus Architecture will evaluate and determine which Prime Contractors are qualified to bid.
