Entries open for 2026 Northwest Montana Fair competitions

The 2026 Northwest Montana Fair and Rodeo is now accepting online entries for 4-H/FFA and Open Class competitions. The annual event is scheduled for Aug. 12-16 at the Flathead County Fairgrounds.

Exhibitors can view a digital version of the fair book and enter competitions at nwmtfair.com/fair-book-2026. The book contains information about rules, premiums and more.

All registrations must be received by 4:30 p.m. on Aug. 1, with the following exceptions: Registrations for the Agriculture/Horticulture competitions must be received by 4:30 p.m. on Aug. 9. Registrations for the Dahlias/Gladiolus and Floriculture competitions are not done online in advance, however, entries must arrive the day prior to judging. Floriculture entries must be accompanied by a tag, which can be downloaded from nwmtfair.com/fair-book-2026.

A self-service computer station is accessible in the fair office from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday for exhibitors without computer access or those needing assistance with their entries. Fair staff will be available to help during office hours.
