Law roundup: Alleged thief spotted a year later

A woman reportedly found the man who broke into her apartment a year ago and stole thousands of dollars worth of items and wanted Kalispell Police officers to arrest him, saying her case was still open.
A caller told officers that men were acting like fools in a parking lot where they were reportedly drinking alcohol while doing burnouts in a dark blue Chevy truck. They also allegedly handed one of the alcoholic beverages to a person who looked underage. Officers found a case of hard cider in the unoccupied truck. No one at the scene said they owned the truck or knew who it belonged to, nor did anyone match the description of the driver.
A man wearing a blue and white jacket and a blue hat was allegedly checking doors and trying to get into a building. Someone told him to leave through a camera, and he flipped them off.
A man, who was reportedly shaking really badly, was asked to leave a store, but before doing so, he allegedly kicked the door and stood in front of the business. An employee asked officers to tell him he was banned for 90 days.
An apartment resident reportedly watched a black Chevy car hit two neighbors’ cars while backing out and left. They showed police video of the incident.
A man was allegedly angry over waking up to rain in his car and reportedly started yelling into the window of a coffee stand and running in the highway. Officers had a discussion about why his actions were inappropriate and gave him his only warning for disorderly conduct.
A white SUV allegedly zoomed around a roundabout and hit the concrete. The man said he was fine.
