Aaron William Silver, 42, of Spokane Valley, Wash., was arrested and booked for failure to appear.
July 6
Justin Edward Rumsey, 32, of Pinehurst, was arrested and booked for misdemeanor DUI over .08 while driving a commercial vehicle, misdemeanor driving without privileges, contempt of court, possession of an open container and misdemeanor failure to maintain insurance.
