Toni Tessier, 73

Toni Lee Tessier, 73, passed away Monday, June 29, 2026, in Sandpoint, Idaho.

She was born Nov. 27, 1952, to Jim and Jean Yocum in Boulder, Colo. Toni grew up in Longmont, Colo., and graduated Longmont High School in 1970. She attended the University of Nebraska, before returning to Colorado to work for her father as a bookkeeper.

Toni later became a massage therapist and in 1983, she met Richard; they married on March 25, 1984.

She loved traveling, golfing, making beaded goddesses, flower gardening, fine-dining and ballroom dancing.

Toni is survived by her husband, Richard Tessier of Sandpoint, Idaho; one sister, Jae (Marc) Navotny of Platteville, Colorado; two nieces, Britany (Anthony) Martinez of Thornton, Colorado and Jaden (Zach) Lepus of Henderson, Colorado; and one great-niece, Sophia Martinez of Thornton, Colorado.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her son, Beau; a grandmother, Beasley; and her friend, Walter Vinton.
