This week's Athlete of the Week is Karsen Garvin, who plays for the North Idaho Lakers.
The Priest River High rising junior has been an engine of the Lakers' offense over the past week, putting together seven hits, including two triples and four RBIs, across his last 14 plate appearances. At the Spokane Wood Bat Classic last weekend, Garvin added four stolen bases to his stat sheet while starring in the tournament finale. In North Idaho's showdown with the Spokane Expos 17U, the Lakers mustered three hits, two of which came from Garvin's efforts.
