Disappointed with flag display

I understand we have a lot of wind here in the valley, but it makes me extremely sad and angry to drive through Plains and see how the United States of America flags are displayed along Main Street.

The VFW Post 3596 told me they are responsible for the display.

I personally would rather not see the flag as to see it hanging haphazardly and torn and tattered.

Whether it is our 250th anniversary or just a regular day, please display our flag respectfully or not at all.
