NO. 32212 NOTICE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT REQUEST FOR FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT The Flathead County Floodplain Administrator has received additional information for the following Floodplain Development Permit applications: FDP-26-08 A request by Brian Evans, on behalf of Keuber Coffee Montana, LLC, for a permit for the purpose of removing existing asphalt parking lot within project area and add approximately 1,216 cubic yards of imported fill to raise the lowest floor of the proposed coffee shop two (2) feet above the mapped Base Flood Elevation (BFE) within the 100-year Floodplain of the Flathead River. The subject project is located at 2024 US Hwy 2 E near Evergreen, MT and legally described as Parcel 2 of COS 14716 in East Half of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of 4, Township 28N, Range 20W, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.
