INDEPENDENT HIGHWAY DISTRICT Notice of Request for Qualifications Professional Architectural and Engineering Services for the McNearney Road Operations Facility Submittals will be received at the Independent Highway District Office, 31656 Highway 200, Suite 101, Ponderay, Idaho 83852, by 2:00 pm, August 6, 2026, for Architectural and Engineering Services to assist the District with design, bidding and construction administration services to build a new Operations Facility. The objective of this process is to identify and rank firms with the goal being the selection of one firm to be responsible for architectural design, construction documents, bidding assistance, and construction administration. The selection process will generally be based on quality base selection requirements outlined in Title 67 of Idaho Code. Out of State Consultants submitting their qualifications will need to be licensed in the State of Idaho for their respective professions.
