Company's actions deserve applause and kudos

I recently had work done on my home furnace by Pend Oreille Mechanical. I had some concerns after the repair was completed and, in the heat of the moment, my thought was "here we go."

But I was putting this company in a box of life experiences and expecting the worse. I have to say, this company went above and well beyond to address my concerns, professionally and quickly. Everyone from the technician, office staff and the owner took care of me completely to my satisfaction. I do not think I have ever been moved enough to give feedback or a "shout out" in my life so for me, this means a lot. This is 100% positive feedback that is well deserved. 

I thank them and, if the need arises, I will use them again and refer others to them.
