CALL FOR BIDS GRANT COUNTY PORT DISTRICT NO. 1 INDUSTRIAL PARK NO. 4 RAIL INFRASTRUCTURE EXPANSION Sealed Proposals will be received by the undersigned at the Grant County Port District No. 1, 101 F Street SW, Quincy, Washington 98848, up to 11:00 AM; local time on Thursday, August 6, 2026, for furnishing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and guarantees thereof to construct Industrial Park No. 4 Rail Infrastructure Expansion. The Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to construct track embankment, install culverts, construct drainage improvements, construct grading and roadway modification for Road ‘O’ grade crossing, and construct trackwork and all the related and miscellaneous work described in the drawings and bid documents.
