NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SOUTHSIDE WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT ORDINANCE NO. 26-01 The Southside Water and Sewer District will hold a public hearing on July 22, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the District Maintenance Shop, 1670 Lakeshore Drive, Sagle, ID 83860. The Board of Directors of the District desires to amend and restate prior regulating and governing Ordinance No. 08-01, dated May 19, 2021, and Ordinance No. 02-01 dated February 14, 2002. The purpose of this amendment and restatement is to modernize, clarify, and consolidate regulations governing water and sewer services while preserving the continuity of existing rights, obligations, and service relationships.
