NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE To be sold for cash at a Trustee’s Sale on November 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM on the front steps of the Mineral County Courthouse, 300 River Street, Superior, MT, the following described real property situated in Mineral County, State of Montana: Lot 3 in Block 3 of Kelly’s Addition to the Town of Superior, A platted subdivision in Mineral County, Montana, according to the official recorded plat thereof.
