NO. 2880 CITY OF WHITEFISH  NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO REVISE WATER AND SEWER IMPACT FEES  NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Whitefish City Council will consider approving  revised water and sewer impact fees based on an updated study prepared by TischlerBise at its  regular meeting on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 7:10 p.m. in the Whitefish City Council Chambers  at 418 East Second Street. Any interested individual may appear at the public meeting, in person  or via Zoom, and be heard for or against the revised water and sewer impact fees. The updated  Service Area Report and Impact Fee Study prepared by TischlerBise and the proposed water and sewer impact fee rates are available for inspection in the City Clerk’s office located at 418 East Second Street, Whitefish, MT.
