This week's Athlete of the Week is Daniel Holman, of the Sandpoint Sasquatch 17U squad.
With a plethora of games last week, Holman didn't miss his opportunity to shine. The Sandpoint High rising junior absolutely mashed at the plate, going 10-23 with two home runs, two doubles and a triple across seven games. While the Sasquatch struggled during the stretch, Holman drove in six runs, nearly one every game, across the last week. The highlight of his week came in the first game, launching a home run to left field at War Memorial Field to help his team win 8-5 over the Libby Loggers.
