Whitefish City Council meets on Monday, July 20, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall.
Council meetings are also available for participation remotely through Zoom. The work sessions are also available for remote participation. For more information, visit the city’s website at www.cityofwhitefish.org or call 863-2400.
Individuals are encouraged to provide written public comment to the City Clerk, Michelle Howke at [email protected] or deliver by 4 p.m. on June 20, at City Hall in the Utility Drop Box.
Items on the agenda, subject to change:
- An ordinance adopting amendments to impact fees.
- Consideration of a five-lot preliminary plat on Murray Avenue.
- Consideration of a lakeshore variance for a retaining wall on Skyles Place.
- Consideration of releasing the deed restriction on a Trailview Way home.
- A resolution commemorating Juneteenth.
- Consideration of letters to the County Commissioners for the Whitefish Fire Service Area and to DEQ regarding BTEX issues at Town Pump.
- Other matters that may arise between July 15 and July 20.
There is a work session before the meeting at 5:15 p.m. to discuss a fire station with the Iron Horse HOA. At 6 p.m., is a mayor/Council goal setting session.
