Swim team wins home meet

The Columbia Falls swim team hosted the latest west side meet this weekend, bringing home the first-place trophy. The team had 60 swimmers hit the pool, ranging from our top swimmers all the way down to first-time swimmers.

High point winners: James McClure, Hadley Edwards, William McClure, Braydon Bigelow and Fjord Borgen in their respective age groups. 

“Everyone swam well and showcased all the hard work they have been putting in. We had tons of personal best, fed records and even a few A, AA, and AAA time standards being met,” coach Kyle Babcock said. “We had a fantastic weekend.” 

“Shout outs go to Amy Caudill, the Pinewood Pool manager and her crew for going above expectation to support our team and more importantly the kids of this community. Thanks all the CFST parents and corporate sponsors who made this weekend a success,” Babcock added.
