Moscow man dies in crash on U.S. 95

A Moscow man died in a two-vehicle crash on U.S. 95 on Wednesday.
According to the Idaho State Police, a 2019 Toyota Rav4 was northbound and was turning on Estes Road when it struck a southbound 2018 Harley Davidson motorcycle at milepost 348 about 6:10 p.m.
Despite life-saving efforts, the driver of the motorcycle, a 43-year-old man, succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased on scene, ISP said. The motorcycle rider was wearing a helmet.
The driver of the Toyota, an 87-year-old Moscow man, was medically cleared on scene.
North and southbound traffic was blocked for about three hours.
The Latah County Sherrif’s department, Moscow Fire Department, Latah Volunteer Fire Department, and Idaho Transportation Department all assisted with the incident.
