In Loving Memory of Raleigh Paul Turley

Raleigh Paul Turley, born Sept. 14, 1981, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, passed away surrounded by the love of his family in Windsor, Colo.

Raleigh was the son of Troy and Gail Turley and brother to Ross Turley. He was a loving husband to Brooke Turley, whom he married June 19, 2014. Together they built a beautiful life filled with love, laughter and unforgettable memories while raising their three children: Ashtyn (17), Layne (11), and Paizlee (9).

Growing up in northern Idaho, Raleigh developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors. He loved hunting and fishing, and treasured the time spent with his family at their river cabin, where many lifelong memories were made. As an adult, his passion for fishing only grew and he became an avid fisherman who found peace and happiness on the water.

Raleigh also loved traveling with Brooke and their children. Among all the places they visited, the Florida Keys held a special place in his heart. It became the family’s favorite destination — a place where they shared adventures, laughter and countless cherished moments together.

Raleigh took great pride in his career as a lineman. He was known for his strong work ethic, dedication and willingness to serve others through his profession. He approached his work with integrity and earned the respect of those who worked alongside him.

Above all else, Raleigh was a devoted family man. Whether he was spending time outdoors, traveling, or simply enjoying everyday moments with the people he loved most, he lived a life centered on family. His kindness, strength, sense of adventure and unwavering love for those closest to him will be remembered always.

Raleigh is survived by his wife, Brooke Turley; his children, Ashtyn, Layne, and Paizlee; his parents, Troy and Gail Turley; his brother, Ross Turley; his niece and nephews, whom he loved dearly as their uncle; and many extended family members and dear friends who will forever cherish his memory.

Though his time with us was far too short, Raleigh’s legacy lives on through the love he shared, the lives he touched, and the memories that will remain in the hearts of all who knew him.
