Second Harvest Mobile Food Distribution Returns July 21

Residents in need of food assistance will have another opportunity to receive support when the Second Harvest mobile food distribution returns to Boundary County on Monday, July 21. 

The distribution will take place at the Boundary County Fairgrounds from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Organizers emphasize that everyone who needs assistance is welcome to attend. 

Those arriving for the food distribution event are asked to follow directions from traffic directors. Because the event takes place at the fairgrounds, it is important to keep access open for fairgrounds activities and through traffic. 

The July distribution is sponsored by Innovia Foundation, Thrivent Financial, Trinity Lutheran Church and Second Harvest. 

According to organizers, 260 families were served during the June distribution, highlighting the ongoing need for food assistance throughout the community.
