ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS   Idaho Department of Fish and Game (IDFG) is requesting proposals for a construction project that consists of replacing a county highway culvert with a 12-foot span, 72-foot-long aluminum box culvert, restoring stream channel and floodplain habitats via earthwork, installing habitat structures, and installing wetland water control structures.    Sealed proposals will be received by IDFG, until 3:00 p.m., prevailing local time, on August 5, 2026, for IDFG Project No. 2024-514, Miesen Creek Culvert Replacement and Wetland Enhancement. Bids may be mailed to IDFG Panhandle Regional Office, Attention: Carlos Camacho, 2885 W Kathleen Ave, Coeur d’Alene, ID 83815.    Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.    A pre-bid tour of the project will be held on July 23, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Attendance is not mandatory, but it is recommended that potential bidders attend. SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 662 FOR THE CITY OF RATHDRUM  “BUNCHGRASS REZONE”  AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RATHDRUM, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, PROVIDING THAT ZONING FOR APPROXIMATELY 46.4 ACRES OF REAL PROPERTY CURRENTLY ZONED GENERAL COMMERCIAL (C-1) SHALL BE REZONED TO MIXED RESIDENTIAL (MR) CLASSIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENT TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO REFLECT THIS CHANGE; ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT; PROVIDING FOR CONDITIONS OF THE REZONE; PROVIDING SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.  WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 662 was duly passed by Rathdrum City Council on the 8th day of July, 2026 and recorded with Kootenai County under recording number 3049847000 on the 15th day of July, 2026.  The City of Rathdrum, Idaho (“City”) adopted Ordinance No. 662 to rezone approximately 46.4 acres of real property to Mixed Residential (MR) as described below.
