Bitterroot Red Sox sweep Libby Loggers

LIBBY — Cash Lawrence had four hits and drove in three runs in a doubleheader sweep for the Bitterroot Red Sox Saturday over the Libby Loggers in Legion Baseball.

Lawrence drove in two runs in the opening 10-4 victory, while plating one in the 17-5 game two decision. 

Bransen Holzer drove in a pair of runs for the Loggers in the first game with a double. 

Hunter Rooney had three RBIs in the second game for Libby. 

Jude Widmer plated three for the Red Sox in game two while also tossing two innings on the mound. 

Bitterroot moves to 33-2 overall with the wins. Libby falls to 12-18.
