Law roundup: Store customer finds concealed gun

A store customer allegedly found a bag containing a gun, a concealed carry permit and ID. Kalispell Police Department officers collected the bag.

A woman reportedly laid on the horn of her Jeep in a futile attempt to get through to the driver of a green Volkswagen that was backing into her vehicle in the Costco parking lot. The Volkswagen hit the Jeep and fled the scene, leaving behind a part of a brake light in her door. 

A family was allegedly swearing and yelling at each other and an 11-year-old.

A passerby allegedly heard someone moaning in a garage and called the police, saying he might need assistance and refused to provide their contact information. The man reportedly told officers he was being harassed due to an eviction notice and thought someone was trying to mess with him and his roommates.
