GRANT COUNTY WATER CONSERVANCY BOARD NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CHANGE OF GROUNDWATER CERTIFICATE G3-22339CWRIS TAKE NOTICE: That on June 25, 2026 the Marlin Hutterian Brethren of Marlin, WA and Wilbur Security Company of Snoqualmie, WA filed application number GRAN-26-04 with the Grant County Water Conservancy Board (GCWCB) to change the point of withdrawal and the place of use under groundwater right G3-22339CWRIS. That said right, under priority date January 7, 1974 authorizes the withdrawal of 1,100 gallons per minute and 1,224 acre-feet per year for irrigation of 1,660 acres from March 1 to October 31, from a well located within the NE¼ SE¼ Section 4, T. 23 N., R. 32 E.W.M. The existing place of use can be described as SE¼ Sec. 4, all of Secs. 3 and 10, NW¼ Sec 2, all within T. 23 N., R. 32 E.W.M.; AND SE¼ Sec 34, T. 24 N., R. 32 E.W.M., all within Lincon County, Washington. The applicant proposes to split the water right into an (A) and (B). The (A) portion proposes to authorize three wells located within the NW¼ SE¼ Sec. 27 and NE¼ NE¼ Sec. 34 within T. 24 N., R. 29 E.W.M. and NE¼ NE¼ Sec. 3 within T. 23 N., R. 29 E.W.M, and change the place of use to the E½ Sec. 27, E½ and SW¼ of Sec. 33, W½ and NE¼ Sec. 34 and S½ SW¼ Sec. 35. all within T. 24 N., R. 29 E.W.M., AND NW¼ Sec. 2 within T. 23 N., R. 29 E.W.M., all within Grant County, Washington. That said right, under priority date November 19, 1964 authorizes the withdrawal of 800 gallons per minute and 680 acre-feet per year (afy) for irrigation of 340 acres from March 1 to November 1, and 2 afy for continuous domestic supply from a well located within the NE¼ SE¼ Section 4, T. 23 N., R. 32 E.W.M. The existing place of use can be described as SE¼ Sec. 4, and the SW¼ and S½ NW¼ Sec. 3, T. 23 N., R. 32 E.W.M.; all within Lincon County, Washington.
