GRANT COUNTY WATER CONSERVANCY BOARD NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CHANGE OF GROUNDWATER CERTIFICATE G3-22339CWRIS TAKE NOTICE: That on June 25, 2026 the Marlin Hutterian Brethren of Marlin, WA and Wilbur Security Company of Snoqualmie, WA filed application number GRAN-26-04 with the Grant County Water Conservancy Board (GCWCB) to change the point of withdrawal and the place of use under groundwater right G3-22339CWRIS. That said right, under priority date January 7, 1974 authorizes the withdrawal of 1,100 gallons per minute and 1,224 acre-feet per year for irrigation of 1,660 acres from March 1 to October 31, from a well located within the NE¼ SE¼ Section 4, T. 23 N., R. 32 E.W.M.
