KRFY's Little Live Radio hour returns Tuesday

KRFY's Little Live Radio Hour, a music-focused live radio show hosted by KRFY's Jack Peterson, focused on the music of our area with some fun surprises interspersed throughout, including skits performed by local actors and audience participation returns Tuesday at The Hive, 207 N. First Ave. at 7 p.m.

Camden Morris, a Nashville-based artist whose songwriting is rooted in the tradition of American road music, will be taking the stage. 

Raised between the mountains of North Idaho and the coastlines of Southern California, Morris pulls from both worlds, blending timeless storytelling with a rugged, modern perspective. After years spent playing local bars, clubs and songwriter rounds, Morris broke through with his debut single, "Postcards," which earned more than half a million streams in its first eight weeks and led to his signing with Suede Records. Influenced by artists like Neil Young, Sturgill Simpson, Tyler Childers and Johnny Cash, his songs carry the weight of lived experience. 

His latest single, "American Way," was featured on Spotify’s Emerging Americana playlist, continuing to define a sound that feels both timeless and road-worn. Recent live performances include appearances with Ella Maddux and sets at The Bowery Vault, The 5 Spot and the iconic Blue Canoe.

This month, the Festival at Sandpoint is offering a $5 discount off the price of a general admission ticket for anyone who attends this free show — or listens to the show for the "secret code!" The code will be announced at some point during the one-hour broadcast.
