NO. 32232 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING  FLATHEAD COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT The Flathead County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on the items listed below on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, beginning at 6:00 PM in the 2nd Floor Conference Room of the South Campus Building, 40 11th Street West, Suite 200, Kalispell, Montana.  1. A request from the Walsh Family Trust for an after-the-fact variance to the front yard setback in the Canyon Area Land Use Regulatory System (CALURS), outlined in Section 4.1(F)(9). The variance request would apply to a property located at 422 Belton Stage near West Glacier, Montana. The property is located within the Middle Canyon Zoning District and is zoned ‘CALURS.’ The property is approximately 0.79 acres in size and can be legally described as Parcel A of Certificate of Survey #19591 located in Government Lot 3, Section 9, Township 31 North, Range 19 West, P.M.,M., Flathead County, Montana. This item will be reviewed by the Middle Canyon Land Use Advisory Committee on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Coram Firehall, located on Seville Lane, Coram, MT 59913 All decisions made by the Board of Adjustment are considered final actions.  Interested parties are encouraged to attend the meeting to make their views or concerns known to the Board.
