Guest opinion: Suspension of PSC Commissioner Brad Molnar

Brad Molnar has been suspended. He has had informal counseling and briefings on the laws he has violated. He has refused to take training for harassment ethics and EEO compliance.

One example of harassment is: Mr. Molnar has threatened a staff member stating he could find out where she lives, come to her home and take pictures of her children in bed. He refuses to take accountability. Instead, he has filed lawsuits against those he threatened, retaliated against and otherwise harassed.

Mr. Molnar needs to take some time off to reflect and think about his conduct. He also needs to complete any appropriate training required of him to ensure proper behavior.

And how about an apology to those he threatened and harassed?
