Seventh annual Flathead Valley Garden Tour

Flathead County Democratic Women will hold their seventh annual Garden Tour on July 25 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. 

The Garden Tour offers a self-guided tour of six private gardens in the Flathead Valley, each offering its own inspiration, beauty and charm. It also features a mini garden market and plant sale, Montana State University educational gardening handouts and refreshments. 

Tickets are $20 and are available at Princess & Buck at 139 Main St. in Kalispell, Sage & Cedar at 214 Central Ave. in Whitefish, Uptown Hearth at 619 Nucleus Ave. in Columbia Falls and Nancy O’s Interiors at 7935 Montana Highway 35 in Bigfork. Tickets can also be purchased at the first garden, 401 Third St. E. in Kalispell, on the day of the tour. Children under 14 are free with a paying adult. 

The Garden Tour is a fundraiser for the Flathead County Democratic Women Scholarship Fund. The Scholarship is for Flathead County high school seniors and Flathead Valley Community College students. Student recipients have shown academic excellence and have been involved with both school and community activities with the goal of creating a better world. Scholarship winners can use the financial assistance toward higher education or vocational training. Three $1000 scholarships were awarded in 2026.
