NOTICE OF STATE’S INTENT TO NEGOTIATE LEASE The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) intends to negotiate a 10-year Special Use Lease for a tract of land containing +/- 240 acres of recreational trails that includes portions of the NW1/4 NW1/4, SE1/4 NW1/4, SW1/4 of Section 16, Township 21 North Range 26 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington. Annual Rents will be negotiated. The lease expires December 31, 2026. Written request to lease must be received by August 24, 2026 at the Department of Natural Resources, 713 Bowers Road, Ellensburg, WA 98926. LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 2 OF GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to RCW 19.280.010, RCW 19.280.030, and RCW 19.280.050, that Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, Washington (“Grant PUD”), will act relating to its Integrated Resource Plan as set forth below. The action for which notice is given is as follows: • Notice of the filing of Grant PUD’s 2026 Integrated Resource Plan shall be published for public notice and awareness. • A public hearing shall be held at the Grant County Public Utility District No. 2 Headquarters Building, located at 30 C Street SW, Ephrata, Washington 98823, on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. At such hearing, Grant PUD representatives will present the 2026 Integrated Resource Plan and provide related recommendations. Upon conclusion of the public hearing, no further comment consideration will be included in the 2026 Integrated Resource Plan. • The 2026 Integrated Resource Plan is scheduled to be presented for action by the Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, for approval or denial. • If approved, the 2026 Integrated Resource Plan shall be filed on or before Tuesday, September 1, 2026. • Notice of the scheduled public hearing shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation for the purpose of providing public notice. The Integrated Resource Plan, together with all related proceedings and actions, shall be made part of the official record of Grant PUD. DATED this 16th day of July, 2026.
