The district will destroy these special education records (by shredding them) in 45 days. Destruction of these records is the best protection against improper and unauthorized disclosure. Please be aware that if you have special education records on file with the school district, these records may be needed for social security benefits or for other purposes in the future. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF CLARK FORK ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clark Fork City Council will hold a public hearing at City Hall, 110 E 3rd Ave., Clark Fork, ID on the 10th day of August 2026, at 5:45 p.m. to consider adopting an amendment to the Clark Fork zoning ordinance to repeal in its entirety the existing zoning codes and replace with an updated zoning ordinance that would: clarify uses allowed in the Highway Commercial Zone, clarify prohibited uses in the uses tables; permit city-owned facilities and structures in all zones; remove street frontage requirements from dimensional standards for newly created lots; allow building placement across common property lines; provide certain administrative exceptions from dimensional standards; clarify maximum height and common wall standards; create RV occupancy and storage standards; correct conditional use permit standards; and update site plan permit procedures and penalties.
